2025 Updates

Returning to New Korea Country Club for the second year in a row but with a new name and a new identity, the Aramco Korea Championship is almost upon us. No championship-amateurs will be a part of the event, providing opportunity for more professionals to take part and a huge $2m prize fund up for grabs, the event is set to be a spectacle of world class golf.

The $2m will be split with $500k to play for in the team element and $1.5m up for grabs in the individual event.

Our Winners

Defending champion and one of the home crowd favourites, Hyo-Joo Kim, took home the title for the second year running. A composed and thoroughly professional performance was enough to claim her 25th professional win in front of her loyal fans, the 'Shooting Stars.'

On the team front it was Team Kouskova who claimed the top prize after a flurry of birdies to finish atop of the leaderboard at -21. Lee-Anne Pace's crucial birdie on the very tough 18th separated the team from the pack as Kouskova, Pace, Navarrosa, and Schmidt rejoiced.

The Format

As per previous years, teams of 4 will battle it out over the first two days playing a best two scores on each hole format as they bid to become Team Champions.

As well as the team event, there is a three-day individual strokeplay competition contested between the 104-player field. Coming to a conclusion on the final day after the team event is finalised and the field cut to 60 and ties, the individual competition offers points for the Ladies European Tour Order of Merit and Rolex World Rankings.
